Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • Wheat Flour 1.5 cups


  • Banana 2 numbers


  • Olive oil 1/2 cup


  • Milk 1/2 cup


  • Sugar 3/4 cup


  • Cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon


  • Lemon 1/2 teaspoon


  • Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon


  • Raisins 2 tableapoons

Directions

  • Blend banana, olive oil, milk, sugar in a blender until smooth
  • Add wheat flour, cinnamon powder and raisins and mix with no lumps with hand blender or egg beater
  • Mix Lemon and baking soda and add it to mixture and fold. Do not beat or blend.
  • Take a baking tray. Apply ghee or butter all over. Add the prepared pudding mixture
  • Pre heat oven at 180 degree Centigrade. Then bake for 30 minutes.
  • If you want more brown keep more in oven for five minutes
